A Journey of Refinement
For over 20 years, I have walked the path I now clear for others. My career has been dedicated to helping individuals, families, and leaders navigate their most defining moments with confidence and grace. As the Founding Principal of the Alliance, I am working to pioneer a new global standard—one that honors the business of refinement as much as the art of it.
I have come to believe that etiquette, when paired with true elegance, is so much more than a set of rules; it is a transformative tool for lifelong success. My journey has taken me from guiding families on proper wedding and event etiquette to serving on presidential teams. Whether I am acting as a strategic communication expert or a brand architect, my mission remains the same: to honor both the individual and the moment. Through the Alliance, it is my heart to help you distinguish your brand and build a professional legacy of your own.
A Calling To Guide
The Alliance was born from a very personal calling. I spent years navigating this industry alone, searching for my own voice and a clear way to stand out. I struggled to make my revenue consistent and my business sustainable without the constant threat of burnout. I knew the value I brought to the table, but I lacked the roadmap to turn that value into long-term growth.
I established the Alliance as the professional home for the support and guidance I once sought for myself. Today, I serve as a committed guide for those looking to start or expand their careers, offering the clarity, support, and business strategies I have gained to help champion the way forward.
A Global Perspective
My counsel is shaped by a truly global career—from my beginnings in Lagos, Nigeria, to my training and experience across Europe, America, and Africa. I remain a student of this craft first, and I am proud to hold professional certificates from The Protocol School of Washington and the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York. These credentials, combined with my background as a graduate of The English Manner and Beaumont Etiquette’s Train The Trainer Grade One, allow me to bring a diverse blend of experience to my work. This global lens ensures my guidance remains culturally relevant and inclusive for the discerning, international clientele I am privileged to serve.
As the founder of Pelworth, the leading modern etiquette and finishing school in Houston, Texas, I developed specialized programs and training tracks to meet the modern demands of my clients. From The Lady School and The Gent School to authored certifications for the Modern Governess and Biblical Femininity, these paths allow me to serve as a trusted advisor to women and private households, guiding the personal and social development of families and the next generation.

Notably, beyond my growing work in education, I am the Founder and Chief Elegance Officer of NOTIQ, a global lifestyle brand celebrated for its elegant, sustainable personal organization products. Having successfully led my brand to be licensed and distributed nationwide through a major national retailer, I have furthered my reputation as a leader who truly understands how to bridge refinement with commercial success.
When I am not teaching or delivering keynotes, I remain deeply committed to my community, serving within my local church and school boards. I find my greatest joy in the quiet arts—reading, writing, and drawing—and in the simple elegance of cooking for my husband, children, and our beloved Maltese.
