    Thank you for considering theMEEA. We are a pressure-free organization and request your careful consideration before you begin your journey with us.

    Application & Enrollment: To honor the professional integrity of the Alliance, your $150 application fee covers a formal review of your credentials. This amount is fully credited toward your membership upon successful verification. Should we be unable to verify your credentials at this time, your fee will be fully refunded to ensure a risk-free start with us. Once your application is approved, all enrollments and membership payments are final to protect the immediate value and distinction of the credentials we provide.

    Your Growth & Success: The MEEA offers the distinction, mastery, and support required for your professional growth; however, your individual success will reflect your own intentional application of these standards within your unique business. While we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, we are committed to providing genuine care and a dedicated community of support here.

    The theMEEA™ framework, the CMEC™ designation, the Lady VJ brand persona, and all content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, toolkits, and video content) are the exclusive property of NOTIQ LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

    Your License to Use:

    • You May: Use our official seals, digital badges, and post-nominals (once approved) to promote your personal or business brand.

    • You May Not: Reproduce, resell, or distribute our proprietary "Business of Refinement" toolkits or training materials for the purpose of training other etiquette consultants outside of your own internal staff without express written authorization from NOTIQ LLC.

  • By joining the Alliance, you agree to uphold the highest standards of professional integrity. You agree not to:

    • Share your member-only login credentials or private "Fellows" access links with unauthorized third parties.

    • Misrepresent your membership tier or use post-nominals before your application is officially approved.

    • Use the Alliance network to harass, harm, or defame other members.

  • Our website and services are provided on an "as is" basis.

    • Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the website or digital portal will be uninterrupted.

    • Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOTIQ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific membership or service at issue.

    • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

    • Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to third-party tools (e.g., Stripe, Zcal, SproutVideo). We are not responsible for their independent content or privacy practices.
